Cancellation Policy
We understand that patients have busy schedules, we respect your time and will make every effort to keep your appointments and that you are seen in a timely fashion. We also recognize that at times it is necessary for patients to cancel their appointment due to scheduling conflicts or unforseen circumstances.
It is our policy that patients providing cancellations a minimum 24 hour prior to their appointment will not be charged a broken appointment fee when rescheduling their appointment.
Our office provides "time" for the dental care we provide for our patients as a matter of business. Last minute cancellations', with less then 24hours notice, make if difficult for our office staff to find other available patients to fill your schedule opening. These cancellation results in tremendous scheduling problems for the office and a reduction in business services we provide for that day, and for other patients that have been patiently waiting for appointment to be seen.
In an effort to keep costs of services from escalating we respectfully request a minimum 24 hour notice for patient cancellations to avoid unnecessary fees. Thank you for your kind consideration.
